Automatic Image Resizing in Internet Explorer 6
Note: This only applies to Internet Explorer 6 users
When using Internet Explorer 6 if you open pictures directly that are too large to display in your browser window, "automatic resizing" makes them fit.
Automatic Image Resizing affects the way enlarged stock blanks are viewed on Dressels.com.
Here is an example of Automatic Image Resizing on Dressels.com. Internet Explorer 6 by default resizes the enlarged stock blank image to fit in the window.
|
The Automatic Image Resizing icon appears in the lower-right corner of any picture that has been automatically resized to fit in the browser window. To expand a resized picture to its original size or resize the image to fit in the browser window, click the Automatic Image Resizing icon in the lower-right corner of the picture.
This is how the same enlarged stock blank image on Dressels.com looks after clicking the Automatic Image Resizing icon in Internet Explorer 6.
|
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 and would like to turn Automatic Image Resizing off, please follow these instructions:
How to Enable or Disable Automatic Image Resizing
1. In Internet Explorer, click "Internet Options" on the "Tools" menu.
2. On the "Advanced" tab, click to clear (disable) or click to select (enable) the
"Enable Automatic Image Resizing" check box.
3. Click "OK".
